Reading people. Simply because when you read people you are watching to see how the act, what they like to do, who they hang around, who they are, how they talk, walk, ect. You can sometimes do this before deciding on who you might want to be friends with.It helps a lot. I hope my answer helped you
Make sure you stick to what your trying to get through.. I was trying my hardest to get through a fitness plan and currently lost 3lbs in only a few weeks. don't eat so much candy and don't eat as much in one meal. For snacks gget a healthy bar with no sugar added to be safer.
