Swimming and running are two physical activities that are available to all teen's and adult's. Swimming help's your arthritic joint's and can help with stiff joint's in people with arthritis. Running can help every part of your body, and some say it even improves your mood! Running help's to raise your good cholesterol and may prevent the risk of heart attack for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
Ice hockey! Running is something that costs very little to do, as well as pilates and yoga, which leaves ice hockey as the answer. For running, all you might need to buy is appropriate shoes, which isn't required. For pilates, it's kinda like stretching lol so you don't need much for that, and yoga is pretty much the same. For ice hockey, you need all of the necessary equipment, which would cost more than the rest of the sports. Hope I helped! :)
