Explanation:

A scientific theory can be described as an explanation of different phenomenons of the natural world which are proved through experiments and observations and supported by other scientists. However, theories can change with time as new researches are conducted and proved.

A scientific law can be described as a rule which is made after thorough testings and proved to be right always. A scientific law is not subjected to change.
