Answer:

total ending WIP value        39,334.20

transferred-out                   432.078.00

Explanation:

Ending work in proces inventory

we multiply the equivalent units by the cost per equivlent unit

materials 2,200 x 15.26  =  33,572

converion  940  x   6.13  =    5,762.2

then, we add them to get thetotal value of the ending WIP

 total ending WIP value     39,334,2‬

for the transferred out, we add both equivalent cost as this are complete.

And multiply by the whole amount 20,200

trasnferred out: 20,200 x (15.26 + 6.13) = 432.078

Answer:

D --> 3

B --> 2

A --> 1

C --> 4

Explanation:

1.- The company should pick the most probable outcome when possible to evaluate liabilities, and only recognize revenues and assets with certain.

Between two  favorable figures, it will pick the lowest if it is not certain about the second outcome.

2.-The accounting should disclosure all information useful for third parties to make knowledgeable decisions about a company

3: the accounting should keep the same method over the years, so the assets valuation follow a certain logic. If the accounting change method every year, then the valuation of the assets will differ from period to period. This will make the books of previous year difficult to compare with the current year.

4.- The company needs to show any important data which is significant to the business

Aliun [14]

Answer:

A) See attached file for Balance Sheet

B) Current ratio = 1.26

C) Debt to Asset ratio = 18%

The Current ratio tells us that the company has 1.26 dollars of current assets to cover 1 dollar of current debt. That is a good thing, but to know if it´s enough covers, further information is needed. Others ratios can help to complete the picture as for example, quick ratio, assets turn over, inventory turn over, receivables turn over, etc. The debt to assets ratio. Tells us that the company owes 18% of its assets. The rest belongs to the stockholders. Again, it´s a good thing, but further information can help us to know if the company can invest in new projects, financing it with debt in a profitable way, for example, if Return on Assets is higher than debt rate.

Explanation:

B) Current ratio = Current Assets / Current Liabilities

   Current ratio = 52,140 / 41,400

   Current ratio = 1.26

C)Debt to Asset ratio = (Total Liabilities / Total Assets)*100

   Debt to Asset ratio = (121,400 / 691,400)*100

   Debt to Asset ratio = 18%

The current ratio measures a company's ability to pay short-term obligations or those due within one year, by relating current assets with current liabilities (liquidity ratio). The debt to total assets ratio shows the percentage of a company's total assets that were financed by creditors (financial ratio).
