In order to make an improper fraction from a mixed number, you multiply the denominator times the whole number and then add the numerator. you keep the denominator the same. so 11 times 6 is 66 and then add 28 which is 94. so keep the denominator and u get 94/6. that's the improper. now it says to make it in simplest form which means to reduce it.
