Answer: Bootstrapping

Explanation: Bootstrapping can be easily refered to as an attempt get to jurisdiction from the court over a non jurisdictional matter.

Take for example if a drunk driver is accused of a hit and run on two different cases, each case will be treated by the court separately except if the two cases are connected to each other.

Currently the Bootstrapping rule have been removed from the federal rule of evidence by the supreme Court of Justice.

Lisa [10]

The Government of the Philippines (Filipino: Pamahalaan ng Pilipinas) is the national government of the Philippines. It is governed as unitary state under a presidential representative and democratic and a constitutional republic where the President function as both the head of state and the head of government of the country within a pluriform multi-party system.

The government has three interdependent branches: the legislative branch, the executive branch, and the judicial branch. The powers of the branches are vested by the Constitution of the Philippines in the following: Legislative power is vested in the two-chamber Congress of the Philippines—the Senate is the upper chamber and the House of Representatives is the lower chamber.

Executive power is exercised by the government under the leadership of the President. Judicial power is vested in the courts with the Supreme Court of the Philippines as the highest judicial body.

If government power is not limited becomes totalitarian or a dictatorship. Rodrigo Duterte, the president of the Philippines is authoritarian according to how he is ruling the country.

But many governments started being authoritarian and then became totalitarian.

Colin and Jim are waiting to meet with a caterer to plan their wedding menu. The caterer is 30 minutes late and still hasn’t arr
expeople1 [14]

Answer:

Colin is making a(n) external or situational attribution, whereas Jim is making a(n) internal or personal attribution.

Explanation:

In psychology, the attribution theory explains that people try to understand or make sense of a behavior or event by assigning causes to it. An external or situational attribution explains the cause for the event as a matter of luck, of interference by other people or the environment etc. In short, the behavior or event is caused by something external to itself. On the other hand, internal or personal attribution explains the cause as resulting from the involved person's personality, abilities, skills, mood, efforts, etc. That means the cause would be the very person, not something else. From those explanations, we can conclude Colin is making an external attribution - traffic is the cause - while Jim is making an internal attribution - the caterer is disorganized.
