Lisa lives in a very warm place - 67 degrees averaged over a whole year is a lot. I was going to say, tropical rain forest, but it's too dry fro that - so it must be a desert (also called dry tropical climate). If it's hottest in the summer, it must be in the northern Hhemisphere.

Julia also lives in a warm place - although we have no detail about the temperature. If there are no seasons, as the text suggests, it could tropical wet climate - the tropical rainforest.
