In order to solve this, you need to put it into a fraction form.

First for every 225 employees there's 27 supervisors.
25 x
___ = ___
225 252

I got the 252 by adding 225+27(who are the new employees)

So then you need to cross multiply. And get them to equal the same number.

So 25×252= 6,300
Then Divide 6,300 by the old denominator 225.
6,300÷225= 28 new employees

Therefore there will be a total of 28 employees.

Hope this helped!

Answer:

Option B. 3/4 > 2/3 is the correct answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

Lets look at the options one by one

A. 1/2 < 1/3

This inequality converts into 0.5<0.33 which is false.

B. 3/4 > 2/3

This simplifies to 0.75>0.666 which is true.

C. -1/4 < - 2/3

This converts to -0.25<-0.666 which makes the inequality false.

D. -1 > 3/4

This converts to -1>0.75 which makes the inequality false.

Hence,

Option B. 3/4 > 2/3 is the correct answer.

Gre4nikov [31]

Given:

Guests at an amusement park must be at least 54 inches tall to be able to ride the roller coaster.

To find:

The graph that represents the set of heights that satisfy this requirement.

Solution:

Let x be the height required for the ride.

Guests must be at least 54 inches tall to be able to ride the roller coaster. It means required height is greater than or equal to 54.

x\geq 54

So, 54 and all values above 54 are in the solution set.

Since, 54 is included in the solution set, therefore there is a closed circle at 54. All values above 54 are in the solution set, so everything to the right of the circle is shaded.

Therefore, the correct option is C.
