Well what you can do is press ALPHA->y= and select the fraction. Do this until you get fraction over a fraction. Then, you would plug in the <span>(3/5)/(7/15) and you should get 9/7.</span>

I did this on another problem on brainy. Same question. Anyways the answer is c. First u divide 7/15 by 3/5 which u would do same change flip and get 7/15 times 5/3 which when u multiply straight across u get 35/45 which then is simplified to 7/9 when divided by five. I hope this helped u!

Find the later area of the figure
o-na [289]

Answer:

\large\boxed{60\pi\ sq.in.}

Step-by-step explanation:

The formula of a lateral area of a cone:

L.A.=\pi rl

r - radius

l - lateral height

We have the radius r = 6in and the height H = 8in.

Use the Pythagorean theorem to calculate the lateral height:

l^2=6^2+8^2\\\\l^2=36+64\\\\l^2=100\to l=\sqrt{100}\\\\l=10\ in

Substitute:

L.A.=\pi(6)(10)=80\pi\ in^2
