The main consequence was the deconstruction of society. For Putnam, in order to have a fully functioning society, it is necessary to have social interaction. If you don't then you will alienate yourself and if everyone does that then a valid society can't be built and the society could crumble.

Robert Putnam called "social capital" the set of social norms and practices established in society through a relationship of trust and cooperation between men. Putman criticized the capitalist mode of production that aimed exclusively at profit. In his view, the focus of production should not be commodity and profit, but benefits to workers through the equal distribution of labor and tent.

In this context, the author considers cooperation as a key vector for performance that best serves society. He cites as good examples the cooperatives that defend the interests of a given class in a homogeneous way, benefiting all workers in the segment.

Furkat [3]

Answer: True

An ethical dilemma is a question that involves choosing between different moral principles, neither one of which is objectively better. Often, picking one of the options means you are transgressing the other one.

Because it is a difficult situation with no objectively better answer, the help of a person with more experience, in this case your superior, can sometimes be useful. Moreover, there are often regulations at work that help employees navigate these type of situations in a successful way. Finally, ethical dilemmas are particularly difficult to resolve and deal with, and asking for help will always help assert the validity of your claim.
