Let the original price of ticket is x

So price of 8 tickets will be=8x

There is a redeem of 5 dollar on each ticket.

So total redeem will be=8×5=40 dollars

So according to questions

Total original price - total redeem amount= 416

i.e 8x-40=416 (Answer)

8p - 5*8 = 413

This should give you the right answer, all you have to do is get p by its self, p represents the original price of tickets
