Generally, The Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union were the initial set of governing documents for the United States of America.

These documents were the result of negotiations amongst the original 13 states that comprised the country. On November 15, 1777, after considerable discussion, it was accepted by the Second Continental Congress, and it was then forwarded to the state legislatures for ratification.

Here, I just did this assignment so I got you fam. (these are just helpful

 things for you to quickly refer to) When 

the Sahara started to decline the people living there encountered the ferocious heat during the day and freezing temperatures during the night.  They wanted to move east or south to look for remaining plains or forests to live in before the Sahara became a desert it was filled with vegetation and life.  When the people moved to their new homes it most likely made them more cautious and careful with their new resources.
