So a straight line is 180. If we know the angle of one side we need to subtract that angle from 180 to find the other measure of the angle. the equation is saying something(other angle) plus 162 equals 180. the easiest way to do this would be to subtract 162 from 180 to get the remaining answer.
The one under me is not correct. a straight line can only add up to be 180 so there is no way x can be over 300
