Globalization means operating on a global scale. All the cultural goods that were available in a specific country only (music, books, television), are now available worldwide, meaning I can buy a book in any language I want from any country I want. Internet made e-commerce possible and I can get records or movies that are not even offered for sale in my own country.

Another impact on globalization on cultural goods is their likeness today. Because people are exposed to the same cultural, social and political influences, they produce similar contents, similar music is produced and heard all over the world, the same movies watched, the same books read.
