Nonmaterial culture include beliefs, family patterns, ideas, language, political and economic systems, rules, skills, and work practices. Non material culture are the intangible aspects of culture such as beliefs, language and ideas while the tangible aspects of culture are referred to as material culture, this includes foods, ways of dressing.
The Amendment that people use to argue against the death penalty is the Eight Amendment (The first ten Amendments are part of the Bill of rights). This amendment prohibits "cruel or unusual punishment" and people argue that death is an example of such a cruel and unusual punishment.
