Libertarians seek to maximize political freedom and self-rule, they are skeptic of authority and state power and they uphold liberty as a core principle.
Libertarian theory believes in the freedom of thought and individualism. It believes that there is no control of authority, that there should be no censorship, no interferance and that everyone has the right to voice their opinion. That everyone should be allowed to decide which information they need and the genuineness of the information.
I believe that the first one is meant to be wear a seatbelt so in my opinion I believe that would be the correct answer. Although if you believe that one of the other options would be the answer feel free to choose your choice.
