Orlov [11]

Answer:

Correct answer is C. - significance to the search criteria.

Explanation:

Results that are most relevant to the search query will be on the top of the list and results that are less relevant are in the bottom. Top results have higher probability to answer the users questions.

Google got famous by using page-rank algorithm, where every page had a 'score' that showed how powerful a page is. Recently, Google added new factor - RankBrain, where search result position (SERP) is determined by feedback from user. Taking into account how much time users on the page,if they return right away, if they keep searching after page visit or if they got desired answer.

What would happen if HDI and IHDI are balanced in a country?
borishaifa [10]

That means that there is no inequality between the factors (health, income and education) within people in a country.

When that is the case, there is no inequity aversion* and the country will be ranked in a higher position depending on the percentages.

* Inequity aversion occurs when, there is is a difference in a specific index amidst people. When it doesn't occur, people have similar health conditions, similar incomes and education.

Hope it helped,

While the Eastern European countries have a shared history of socialism for varying periods of time, there are strong social, economic, and philosophical differences. In addition, the Eastern European reforms have been affected by the individual countries’ recent histories from 1989 onward as well as their socialist pasts.

Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus in the Western CIS still do not have a legal and policy framework that adequately allows for private land ownership, private farms, or efficient land transactions. They are still struggling over what the role of the state should be in relation to agricultural land use and productivity. The state has firm control of agricultural land and there is not enough political will to prevail over the former communists who oppose private ownership and sale of agricultural land.

What is a communications strategy and why is it important?
Vadim26 [7]

Answer: communication strategy refers to the way in which the information flows between two or more parties; between the messenger and the audience.

Explanation:

Importance

This is crucial if one wants to keep a constant proper connection which may allow one to work efficiently and effectively toward a single goal.

If the strategy used for communication is poor it may lead to improper delivery of information and misunderstanding that may disrupt relationships that exist between two or more parties .

For a example a supervisor has to communicate their message to the employees and those are his audience .

If the message is properly communicated the work will flow smoothly and efficiently; proper relationships are built which may increase the overall performance of the business.

In order for communication strategy to be successful is has to comprise an objective that is clear to everyone .

For example if a company wants to invent a new working procedure to improve production everyone has to be clear on that objective if it is properly communicated .
