Answer: Stage II

Explanation: The second stage of Alzheimer’s is when you have some mild cognitive impairment but don’t meet the diagnosis of dementia, because there are no problems with functioning. Certain biomarkers might help doctors determine which people with mild cognitive impairment will progress to Alzheimer’s disease.

A nurse's role when providing home care for a client with Alzheimer disease. Evidence shows that Alzheimer´s is caused by changes in nerve cells and brain chemicals.

You may notice that the person with Alzheimer's confuses words, gets frustrated or angry, or acts unexpectedly (for example, he doesn't want to bathe). Damage to nerve cells in the brain can make it difficult to express thoughts and perform everyday tasks.

Extroverts tend to experience positive emotions more often, which can be advantageous for a few reasons, the authors write. List and discuss the four major steps for conducting strength tests
a_sh-v [17]

Four major steps for conducting strength tests

Explanation:

Step1 : Select resistance exercises

Step2: Determine the load athletes can work

Step3: Testing athlete based on essential exercises

Step4: Determine the one rep max

The ultimate goal in conducting strength tests is to evaluate an individual’s one repetition maximum. This refers to the greatest load that a person can fully move by pushing, pulling or lifting once without injuring or damaging the muscle or any failure.

Strength testing is done through resistance exercises to measure the strength or ability to work against resistance. It depicts the maximum force that the muscle or muscle group generate to do a work in a repetitive ordered series without damaging the muscles or fatiguing. Depending upon the type of muscle, strength tests and exercises varies.

Benchmarks should be set for athletes to determine the load that he/she can lift repetitively for a given number of times.

Can someone describe some of the methods of progressive resistance exercise used to improve muscle fitness.
Mumz [18]
Some methods of progressive resistance exercise used to improve muscle fitness would be to increase the weight you lift. Do the same amount of reps and sets each week along with that but only increase your weight percentage by 2 or 10 of your RM load at a time. Don’t go overboard.
