III. The former empire will become a unitary multinational state.
Soviet Union became a unitary mulitnational state after the collapse of Russian Empire in 1917. Before 1917 it was ruled by the Romanov Dynasty, but after October Revolution the Communist Bolsheviks took over resulting in a civil war between the Whites(anti-Communists) and the Reds(Communists). In 1922 a union of multiple national Soviet republics was formed known as Soviet Union or the USSR.
IV. Different ethnic groups will unite to form a homogeneous culture.
The forming of homogenous culture based on Communism in Soviet Union. There were multiple ethnic groups living in vast swathes of land which was to become the part of Soviet Union on 1922.
Part 2:
New states were formed when the Soviet Union collapsed.
Soviet Union was unable to match the economic prowess of the United States and succumbed to the economic pressure generated by decade long military build up against the US. The USSR disintegrated in 1991 resulting in the independence of multiple states. These included the Central Asian States and the states in Eastern Europe.
As noted above, some political conflicts do not offer opportunity for activist engagement, but many do. Indeed, some of the conflicts that have been most frequently studied using conventional models are ones in which youth activism was a vital component of the conflict (but it has gone unmeasured). The best example of this is research on Palestinians. Of literally dozens of studies conducted on Palestinians in the occupied territories that have assessed conflict exposure and its impact, very few have attended to the activism component of youth experience.
