Hello. This question is incomplete. The full question is:

"Basements are not constructed in some places. what is the reason for not constructing basements? a. the water table is very high in these places b.the water table is very low in these places c. there is a lot of rainfall in these places d. there are a lot of water resources in these places e.the surface runoff is very high in these places "

Answer:

The water table is very high in these places.

Explanation:

The Lençol Freático is a water reservoir present in the underground parts of the Earth, which vary from 500 to 1000 meters in depth. In this way, a part of the rainwater seeps on the surface, while another part infiltrates the soils, thus forming the water tables. Some of these “underground rivers”, drain until they find a place to expel water, which can be a spring.

In some regions the water table is very high. This prevents the houses from having basements, because the risk of flooding becomes high, because it compromises the structure of the house, in addition to being dangerous.

Answer:The last minor reason there are no basements in the south has to do with the frost line. For a building to maintain strength, its foundation should be below the frost line in the soil. ... There is no reason for builders in the south to build a basement because the foundation doesn't need to be very deep anyway.

Deep water rises along the coast of Peru to replace surface water carried away from the coast by strong winds. Why is upwelling
SCORPION-xisa [38]

Upwelling is important to mix the nutrients that are present deep inside the water.Updewelling is a phenomenon in which the deeper water rises and gets mixed to the surface water to promote the growth of phytoplanktons and seaweeds as the water that is present deep inside is rich in nutrients. These phytoplanktons serve as as source  of energy for large fishes and other aquatic animals. As these large animals are higher in population and are an important part of food chain and they also provide food to different marine mammals ,sea birds. The deep water infuses  with costal water so to serve as a fuel for high productivity of marine ecosystem.
