Answer:

A category of transnational, local or national grouping enterprises having high centralization and run illegally by the criminals for profit is known as organized crime. Some of these organizations are also politically motivated. People are also forced to business with these organizations. There are two types of strategies for dealing with organized crime. The first strategy targets the member of organized crime groups and the second focuses on the structure of organized crime and its relationship with the market. Some experts argue that focusing on the environment within which organized crime businesses operate will be more successful in curbing it. They support the legalization of goods and services which are the basis of organized crime and are in support of legalizing gambling and other such activities. Other experts support of following the money strategy, as there are huge sums involved in organized crime businesses they argue to make laws which will take the offenders money by freezing and seizing the assets derived from organized crime.

Latent learning

Explanation:

In psychology, latent learning can be described as a subconscious learning or gathering information which a person is least interested in. Latent form of learning might not readily be seen or observed by the person until he/she comes up with a scenario where it is required. Hence, it remains a subconscious memory. One of the biggest examples of latent learning is children watching some actions of their parents in childhood and using them when they grow older.
