Keeping a good routine of hygiene helps to prevent the development and spread of infections, illnesses and bad odors. When someone does not practice good personal hygiene they are most likely feel depressed, anxious or unmotivated.</span>
Answer: It was completely exhausted. These training programs aren't meant for anyone with a low fitness level, it kicked my butt and i kinda struggled through the last bits of it.
