When candy talks about Curley's wife for the first time what does he imply about her?

English
1 answer:
mestny [16]4 years ago

He is implying that she is a tramp or a "tart" as Candy refers to her.
It really shows that Candy doesn't respect Curley's wife...she is always dressed up, wearing way to much makeup and always parades herself around.
Candy's view towards her a greatly negative and he sees her as one to cause a problem around the ranch.
Hope that helps spark something!

Which sentence uses a prepositional phrase?
s2008m [1.1K]
If I am not mistaken, I believe it should be 'A', if you meant "the gold and brown puzzle pieces are on the cats head" not "the gold and brown puzzle pieces are the cat's head".
