Answer:

Explanation:

The values of a manager determine his style of leadership. Being a manager, one can learn the kind of leadership model that works best in specific situations- from experience, or training courses, books, etc. Although one will sincerely apply only those styles of leadership that aligns with his/ her values related to leadership.

For instance, it may be well known to a manager that building up informal communications and strong interpersonal relationships in the workplace would be a good thing for her company which gives innovation as the topmost priority. But having this knowledge does not mean she will apply the same. She might have acquired few sets of values from her childhood, from earlier job experience, and from the family which diminishes her belief in building informal relationships in the workplace. She will always feel uncomfortable with this type of transformational leadership model.

Hard work is one of my core value, hence I use it in my leadership model. I do always prefer people who are hard-working, and I tend to spend more time with them. I can also cut them some slack when they do few mistakes.

Besides, valuing 'hard work' may lead to some negative actions from me as well. I may not rate or appraise people who are intelligent and often find smart ways of doing works. This improves efficiency but due to my values of leadership, they are always ignored by me.

Rufina [12.5K]

Answer:

1, 12, and 13

Explanation:

As we know that

National income = NNP at FC

And,

GDP = GDP at MP

Now as we have to determine the GDP at MP from the national income so here considered the depreciation

So,

NNP at FC + depreciation expense -net factor income from abroad = GDP at FC

And, the statistical discrepancy is determined as gross domestic product subtract gross domestic income.

Hence, the above is the answer

C93, Inc. sells three products. Income statement information for the three products for the most recent year is given below: Pro
aleksandrvk [35]

Answer:

14,560 units.

Explanation:

Variable costs for Product A = $140,000 / 7,000 units

Variable costs for Product A = $20

Avoidable costs for Product A:

Advertising $23,800

Rent $17,300

Supervisor's salary $31,700

Avoidable costs for Product A $72,800

Contribution margin per unit = $25 - $20 = $5

Economically indifferent units = Avoidable costs for Product A/Contribution margin per unit

Economically indifferent units = $72,800 / $5

Economically indifferent units = 14,560 units

So therefore, the number of units of Product A that would need to be sold next year is 14,560 units.

Suppose Deed Corporation evaluates managerial performance using return on investment. Edith Carolina, as president of the compan
solong [7]

Answer:

Eddith Carolina could accept to take on the new cosmetic line, while Michael Sanders may reject same.

Explanation:

Eddith Carolina, been the president of the company, has shown that he's a risk taker. The idea behind this is that he is open to new opportunities that could otherwise improve his holdings and networth. The decision to take on a new cosmetic line is therefore in line with the policy of the President of the company. The implication is that Eddith Carolina is tilted to accepting the proposal.

Michael Sanders, on the other hand, is an ordinary employee. Even though he is the manager of the division, he bears no risk of ownership. And in an event of liquidation or solvency, he simply has no big collateral to part with, unlike the Eddith Carolinas. What individual like Michael Sanders are interested in is the protection of their job and income. Knowing the nature of an employee as conservative and risk averse and the fear of not loosing their paid job, it is therefore not surprising that Michael Sanders could reject the new cosmetic line bid.
