Members of the Legislative Redistricting Board is composed of ex-officios.

The Legislative Redistricting Board (LRB) was created through a constitutional amendment in 1951 and is made up of the speaker of the house, attorney general, lieutenant governor, commissioner of the general land office, and comptroller. Ex-officios are summoned when the legislative body is unsuccessful in redistricting during the 1st regular session.
