Bernie Sanders has proposed an immense political agenda, some features of which are that college would be free for every American citizen, the current health care system would be expanded, and large amounts of money would be invested in infrastructure projects to improve the country's roads, trains, and airports.

Sanders has proposed to pay for these projects by raising taxes substantially on very wealthy people and reducing the size of the military.

But it's unclear if Sanders would be able to convince the Congress to pass these proposals, in part because we don't yet know whether the Congress during a Sanders administration would be controlled by Democrats or Republicans.
