Answer:

A condyloid joint is a joint that allows bones to move up and down and side to side to some extent as it is oval in shape so one bone joints in another bone's cavity so there is no rotation possible.

If gliding takes place against two flat bones with ligaments and found between bones present at a flat surface which allows only gliding movement on one another known as gliding joint.

Both types of joints are present in the wrist.
