An expert is someone who is well informed about a field, he has devoted his time to been trained an equipped in such areas and has mastered it.

Experts in a field will solve problems faster than a novices who had no idea or little prior knowledge about the subject.

An expert is said to achieve more success than a novice because he is more experienced and may have likely encounter such problem while in the field.

An Experts knowledge is organized together, a novice does not have his taught articulated.

Advantages

Experts possess more knowledge in a structured manner about his field.

An expert is not easily defeated in his own field.

He tend to provide solutions to problem arising in his field.

An Experts knowledge is organized differently from novices'

Experts are good in analyzing problems

Disadvantage

Expert most times do not acquire knowledge from other field, most of them knows nothing outside there field.
