Often times, these people will come from different backgrounds and experiences. Which is why conflict often occurs among members of the committee during the decision making process.

To handle such conflcits, members of the committee can either conducted in good manners or bad manners.

Those who pursue good manners will:

- Listen carefully to other members' point of view

- Presented their own idea in a calm and logical manner

- Treat other members with respect even if they're disagree with them.

Those who abandon good manners and adopt bad manners will:

- Disregard other members point of view without even considering their points. This can be done publicly or behind their backs. Their only purpose is to discredit those other member and make their idea appear better.

- Will get their point through force. They often use anger and intimidation to make other members agree with them.

- They will only treat members who are on their side kindly and those who don't with open hostility.
