Answer/Step-by-step explanation:

1. <B is an inscribed angle in a circle which intercepts arc AC.

Therefore, m<B = ½ of m<AC

B = ½ * 128° = 64°

x = 180 - (64 + 43)

x = 180 - 107 = 73°

2. The circle given shows two chords intersecting at point H.

According to intersecting chords theorem, the products of the segments formed by one chord equals the product of the segments formed by the other.

Therefore,

10*x = 14*5

Solve for x

10x = 70

Divide both sides by 10

x = 7

What is the value of x? (60 POINTS BRANLIEST IF RIGHT)
Aleksandr-060686 [28]

Answer:

Since all three of the interior angles are the same degree, the three sides must be the same length. So, 3x - 5, 4x - 30, and 2x + 20 must be equal.

To solve for x, you can just set one of the sides equal to another one of the sides. I will do 3x - 5 and 4x - 30.

3x - 5=4x - 30

Add 5 to both sides.

3x = 4x - 25

Subtract 4x from both sides.

-x = -25

Divide both sides by -1.

x=25

Chen is bringing fruit and veggies to serve at an afternoon meeting. He spends a total of $28.70 on 5 pints of cut veggies and 7
deff fn [24]
The answer would be $1.75 (Rounded off to the nearest cent).

Substitute the given cost of each pint of fruit to the equation. Transpose and simplify, to get the price of a pint of veggies.
Given: 5v + 7f = 28.70; f = $2.85
Solution: 5v + 7(2.85) = 28.70
                5v + 19.95 = 28.70
                5v = 8.75
                  v = 1.75

What is the answer to this? i can’t figure it out.

Answer:

  25 +0i

Step-by-step explanation:

The conjugate of a complex number is that number with the sign of the imaginary part reversed.

For z = -3+4i, its conjugate z* is -3-4i. The product of z and z* is ...

  (-3 +4i)(-3 -4i) = -3(-3 -4i) +4i(-3 -4i)

  = 9 +12i -12i -16i² = 9 +16 = 25

The real part of the product is 25; the imaginary part is 0.

  (-3 +4i)(-3 -4i) = 25 +0i

_____

You may have noticed that (z)(z*) = |z|², the sum of the squares of the real and imaginary parts. It is always a non-negative real number.
