52 cards in 4 suits =  1/4 of 52 per suit.

52 divided by 4 = 13

therefore each suit has 13 cards.

therefore 1st card not being a club = a 39/52 chance because 52-13(clubs)=39 

2nd card = 13/52 chance because there are 13 diamonds in the pack.
