Answer:

Carbon and nitrogen sustains the conservation of the ecosystem.

Explanation:

An ecosystem is a community of organisms interacting in their physical environment. The importance of carbon and nitrogen in an ecosystem can not be over emphasized.

Carbon is the basic building block of life, in plant and animal, which makes its way back into the atmosphere by various activities. It is an important element contained by all living organisms. And can easily react with other groups or other carbon molecules.

Nitrogen is a major nutrient found majorly in the atmosphere for biochemical processes which aids plant and animal growth. It is converted to useful form, e.g plants require nitrogen to synthesize chlorophyll. Plants and animals can not exist without nitrogen.

Therefore, carbon and nitrogen ensured that the ecosystem is preserved.

The answer is Meiosis I.

Meiosis is a cell division which results in the reduction of chromosome number by half - from diploid to haploid - in daughter cells. It consists of meiosis I and meiosis II. Meiosis I produces two haploid cells. Meiosis II is analogous to mitosis, so each of these two haploid cells will in meiosis II produce two haploid cells. In total, meiosis results in four haploid cells.

Winds in our atmosphere are created as a result of which of the following processes?
shusha [124]

Answer:

The correct option is D) Uneven heating of the air in the atmosphere

Explanation:

Wind can simply be described as air which is moving or which is in motion. The uneven heating of the Earth's surface caused by the sun is the reason why winds occur. The difference in pressure of one area to another area causes the air to move and cause wind. The air tends to move from an area of higher pressure to an area of lower pressure and such is the movement of the wind.
