-7-6y=13

move -7 to the other side

sign changes from -7 to +7

-7+7-6y= 13+7

-6y= 20

divide both sides by -6 to get +y

also get y by itself

-6y/-6= 20/-6

y= 20/-6

reduce the fraction by dividing by 2

20/2=10

-6/2= -3

Answer:

y= -10/3 or y= -3 1/3

Answer:

x = 12°

Step-by-step explanation:

Since both lines are parallel.

Using alternate angle property!

= > Angle A = Angle B

= > 5 x - 15 = 2 x + 21

= > 5 x - 2 x = 21 + 15

= > 3 x = 36

= > x = 12

Therefore, the value of x is 12°.

Charlene wants to build a fence around her rectangular garden. The garden measures 20 meters by 60 meters.
myrzilka [38]
The perimeter because the fence goes AROUND the yard, not in it.

P = 2w + 2l

P = 2(60) + 2(20)

P = 120 + 40

P = 160

Charlene needs 160 meters of fencing material.
