Now the body begins to respond well to the movements of the limbs and the flow of fresh, cool air one breathes. The momentum now sets in and the legs appear to walk effortlessly. On feet glides over the other as if trying to be the first to land ahead. An hour later, it is time to stop. The empty stomach demands attention.
By the time we return from our walk many tea-stalls and sweet shops are open making fresh sweets and snacks. We stop at our favourite shop where we indulge in hot tea and samosas.
