The process of taking another person's idea and putting foreword as his own is referred to be as an act of plagiarism. Using the ideas as it has been presented or changing miner things falls under the criteria of plagiarism. One of the ways to avoid plagiarism is to prepare a note card in one's own words. Note cards help the student to understand the argument and do not allow them to copy the same thing.
