Answer:

Electoral polls can be considered as one of the most useful tools that the political class has to press public opinion. However, its inclusion as a tool of democratic government has always aroused, and still continues to raise, widely held opinions. From the beginning, different authors contributed their different perspectives on the advantages and disadvantages of this instrument helping to contribute to the construction of the public image of the electoral polls.

Thus, some scholars pointed out that the results obtained from the representative samples would reveal the benefits that could be obtained from the correct application of the new instrument. They argued that the reliability of the surveys was the fundamental axis of their usefulness and legitimacy, recommending their use as the method  more effective to improve a representative government. And they insisted on the importance of knowing and measuring public opinion at shorter intervals than inter-electoral periods. It also defended the scientific status of the surveys with the objective of being able to train them as a response to the government by public opinion and as a new instrument in the service of information.

According to the Coase theorem, whatever the initial distribution of rights, the interested parties can bargain to an efficient
spin [16.1K]

Answer:

TRUE

Explanation:

The Coase theorem states that when transaction cost are low, two parties will be able to bargain and reach an efficient outcome in the presence of an externality.

The Coase Theorem also states that when conflicting property rights occur, bargaining between the parties involved will lead to an efficient outcome regardless of which party is ultimately awarded the property rights, as long as the transaction costs associated with bargaining are negligible. If trade in an externality is possible and there are no transaction costs, bargaining will lead to an efficient outcome regardless of the initial allocation of property rights.

Describe how the Cherokee in the southeast lived during the 1820s and 1930s
Anna [14]
During the 1820's the Cherokees' civilized to the "White Culture" (so they call it) and by that I mean that the White Settlers introduced crops and farming techniques.
The White Settlers also encouraged the Cherokee to put up a school for the Cherokee Children so that they could learn the English language.

Hope this helps, but this is just to the knowledge of what I know and what I was taught at that. :)
