In an aquarium, 2/5 of the fish are surgeonfish. Of these, 3/4 are yellow tangs. In simplest form, what fraction of all fish in the aquarium are yellow tangs?

All fish = to 9 and are 3 yellow tangs so 3/9 reduce it to 1/3 so 1/3 is the answer. But I’m confused because how can you have 3 out of 4 and then 2 out of 5
