The right answer is triceps.

To stretch the triceps, raise one arm over the head and keep it against the ear. Flex your elbow so that your hand goes down behind your head. With the other hand, grasp the elbow of the flexed arm, exhale and slowly pull the elbow behind the head. Do both sides.

Tip to stretch back the triceps: avoid making sudden movements.

The triceps brachii muscle (polyarticular muscle of the posterior part of the arm) is composed of three chiefs: the long portion, the vast medial, and the vast lateral one. This muscle is proximal to the shoulder joint and elbow for distal termination. Brachial triceps is the main extensor muscle of the elbow. The long portion of the triceps brachii also allows retropulsion and adduction of the arm relative to the shoulder. The latter later allows greater stability of the glenohumeral joint during abduction greater than or equal to 90 °.

7. Excess protein can lead to health problems such as:
olga55 [171]

Answer:

Extra protein is not used efficiently by the body and may impose a metabolic burden on the bones, kidneys, and liver. Moreover, high-protein/high-meat diets may also be associated with increased risk for coronary heart disease due to intakes of saturated fat and cholesterol or even cancer.

Explanation:

Amyloidosis is a condition in which too much of a particular protein (amyloid) collects in the organs, so that they are not able to work normally. Amyloidosis can affect the heart, kidneys, liver, spleen, nervous system, stomach or intestines.
