Please Help!!!!!! You have twice as many nickels as pennies. you have $1.10. how many of each coin do you have? Solve each probl
astraxan [27]
There are 20 nickels and 10 pennies.

20 cents x 5 is $1.00 and 10 cents x 1 is 10 cents so it is $1.10 because a nickel is 5 cents so 20x5 is a dollar and a penny is worth 1 cent and 10 pennies is 10 cents so $1.00+$0.10=$1.10 brainliest is appreciated! :)

Cos4theta+cos2theta/ cos4theta-cos2theta= _____
vovangra [49]

\bf \textit{Sum to Product Identities} \\\\ cos(\alpha)+cos(\beta)=2cos\left(\cfrac{\alpha+\beta}{2}\right)cos\left(\cfrac{\alpha-\beta}{2}\right) \\\\\\ cos(\alpha)-cos(\beta)=-2sin\left(\cfrac{\alpha+\beta}{2}\right)sin\left(\cfrac{\alpha-\beta}{2}\right) \\\\[-0.35em] \rule{34em}{0.25pt}

\bf \cfrac{cos(4\theta )+cos(2\theta )}{cos(4\theta )-cos(2\theta )}\implies \cfrac{2cos\left( \frac{4\theta +2\theta }{2} \right)cos\left( \frac{4\theta -2\theta }{2} \right)}{-2sin\left( \frac{4\theta +2\theta }{2} \right)sin\left( \frac{4\theta -2\theta }{2} \right)} \implies \cfrac{cos\left( \frac{6\theta }{2} \right)cos\left( \frac{2\theta }{2} \right)}{-sin\left( \frac{6\theta }{2} \right)sin\left( \frac{2\theta }{2} \right)}

\bf \cfrac{cos(3\theta )cos(\theta )}{-sin(3\theta )sin(\theta )}\implies -\cfrac{cos(3\theta )}{sin(3\theta )}\cdot \cfrac{cos(\theta )}{sin(\theta )}\implies -cot(3\theta )cot(\theta )

I just need a little help on this ??! Please.
lawyer [7]

1. Since it's m - 7 you would have 7 to both sides so you would in fact have m < 13. If you double check your answer, you see that if m is say 12 (because 12 is obviously less than 13), 12 - 7 < 6

2. Again, use the same process on this problem as the first one. Add 8 to each sides because it's you're subtracting 8 from n. So you end up with n > 13. Check your answer. Say n is 14. 14 - 8 > 5

3. This one is different because you are adding 5 to p. So in order to get p by itself, you need to subtract 5 from both sides. p < 5. Say p is 4, 4 + 5 < 10.

When working with problems like these, you need to isolate the variable on one side and get it by itself.
