Answer:

Data is just a single raw fact that has nothing much to do with the case, in the given data patient name 'Alice Jones', her age '32' and her gender 'female' are all data.

While information are such raw facts which as whole are meaningful like in detection of certain disorder or to reach the depth or pattern if inheritance of any disease related to the patient.

In the given case, chest pain, previous detection with rosacea, latex allergy, broken arm surgery, drinking not smoker no family history of heart problems are all information here.

Answer and Explanation:

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease probably caused by the accumulation of beta-amyloid peptide in the brain. AD is the leading cause of dementia in the elderly people. Usually presents with gradual symptoms of loss of cognitive functions (memory, orientation, attention and language) caused by the death of neurons.

Similar to AD, we have Lewy body dementia and Parkinson's disease dementia, which may be variations of the same disease. In this disease, synuclein (a protein in the brain that helps nerve cells to communicate) changes shape (remains "badly folded") and slowly accumulates mainly in the brain, but also in the digestive tract and heart. These abnormal synuclein deposits are called Lewy bodies. Misfolded synuclein in Lewy bodies triggers more misfolded synuclein, resulting in the formation of more Lewy bodies. Brain damage results from the accumulation of Lewy bodies. Lewy bodies also is develop in some people with Alzheimer's disease,

Explain why adolescence is a time of physical, mental, emotional, and social changes expalin in paragraph form.
Solnce55 [7]
The change in adolescence all begins as a child in their unique combination of genes, brain development, environment, experiences with family and friends, and community and culture. Social and emotional changes show that they are growing independently and learning how to be an adult. Physical change in different genders are really different because both are going into puberty and so they begin to see alot of differences in their bodies. Adolescence mental starts on what they begin to see and believe, and as everything is developing in their mind many of those things stay, what they have in mind depends on them. Adolescence are still maturing to become adults.

What is the difference between goals and core values?
Harman [31]

Explanation:

 • Values are like a compass that keep us headed in a desired direction and are distinct from goals. Goals are the specific ways you intend to execute your values. A goal is something that we aim for and check off once we have accomplished it. Being responsible is a value.
