I would first get all of her information which she would have to fill out a form with all her past medical history. Document her chief complaint. I would take her vitals such as her blood pressure her weight and height. I would make sure to notify the doctors of all of complaints in my notes that would be entered into the computer. I would ask her when was her last menstrual. I would also ask how long has this been happening.
