Internal conflicts usually involve character vs self such as when a person is having to make a decision about doing his homework and must decide if he or she should do the right thing, do his homework and have fun later, or the wrong thing, come up for an excuse why you never did your homework and have fun all day.

I feel for you. Wether it was a friendship or breakup, and no matter the circumstances losing someone you care deeply about always hurt, and the feeling of missing them will always linger.
