Internal conflicts usually involve character vs self such as when a person is having to make a decision about doing his homework and must decide if he or she should do the right thing, do his homework and have fun later, or the wrong thing, come up for an excuse why you never did your homework and have fun all day.

tangare [24]

According to the text, certain discovery, about the location of trapped slave men, women or kids used to be updated on a Sunday, which in turn set the Underground railroad late to set in motion.

Explanation:

Harriet Tubman, who was into rescuing and setting free slaves from the various location that she got to know of, used to risk her life to save them and set them free.

Certain locations and information that she got, used to be received on a Sunday, due to which a whole day was considered wasted.

Even the methods she implied to get hunters of slaves to be rewarded to not do so, were printed later than Sunday, again delaying the railroad to freedom for the slaves.
