Answer:

97%

Explanation:

We calculate occupancy as follows,

There are 20 apartments and each is available for 12 months a year.

Total occupancy at 100% will be when all 20 apartments are occupied for 12 months, giving us 240 total apartment occupations.

vacant apartments were as follows,

1 for 5 months = 5 occupations

2 for 1 month each = 2 occupations

(We equate as 1 apartment = 12 occupations)

Total occupancy = 240 - 5 - 2 = 233 occupations

Occupancy rate = 233/240 = 97%

Hope that helps.

1. Which advantage is not enjoyed by the owner of a sole proprietorship?
gayaneshka [121]

The correct answer to 1 is the ability to easily raise financial capital.

A sole proprietor is limited to the cash that they personally have, so this is a disadvantage when they need additional capital for the business.

The correct answer to 2 is that their personal property can be used to pay debts.

A partnership is personally responsible for the debts of the company. If the company owes money and cannot pay it, the partners that own the business are personally responsible.

The correct answer to 3 is the shareholders.

The shareholders are the owners of the corporation. They vote for a board of directors who in turn oversee the operation of the corporation.

SOVA2 [1]

Answer:

This indicates that

d.the company has a net loss of $9,575 for the period.

Explanation:

a) Data and Calculations:

Total debits of the balance sheet (assets) = $28,480

Total credits of the balance sheet (liabilities + equity) = $38,055

Difference (net loss) = $9,575 ($38,055 - $28,480)

b) With the determination of the net loss of $9,575, the two sides (debits and credits) of the balance sheet will equal.  This is because the net loss of $9,575 will reduce the credits from $38,055 to $28,480.

While Sally is still a minor, she wrecks the car she purchased from Bally. Can she still disaffirm the contract? Must she return
patriot [66]

Answer:

If Sally is still a minor, she can disaffirm the contract and return the car to Bally. Contracts involving minors are not legally binding unless the minor reaffirms them once he/she is an adult or a parent also signs the contract.

In this case, Sally's contract is voidable by her and if she chooses to, she is able to void it. What happens after she returns the car depends on the state. Some state laws force Bally to return the money even if the car is wrecked. Other states have laws that require minors to return goods in good shape, and in this case, would allow Bally to deduct any repair expenses from the money he needs to return to Sally.
