Answer:

ok the train goes 60+80=140 in 1 hour

140+140=280 2 hours

392-280=112

112/ the 60 miles and 80 miles is .80% of the hour so

60*.80=48 and 80*.80=64

48+64=112 so the trains will be 392 miles apart in 2.8 hours

Answer:

let this happens after t hours

so

80t + 60t = 392

140 t = 392

t = 392/140

=2.8 hours

What are the possible zeros for f(x) equals X to the third power minus 2X to the second power minus 4X +15
Volgvan

The roots of the polynomial are done by using a calculator will be -2.3671, 2.1835 + 1.2527i, and 2.1835 – 1.2527i.

What are the roots of the polynomial?

The polynomial is given below.

\rm f(x) = a_0x^n + a_1 x^{n - 1}+ ....+ a_{n-2}x^2 + a_{n-1}x + a_nx^0

The roots of the polynomial are equal to n or less than n.

And if one imaginary root is a + bi, then the other imaginary root will be a – bi.

The roots of the polynomial are done by using a calculator.

x = -2.3671, 2.1835 + 1.2527i, 2.1835 – 1.2527i

More about the roots of the polynomial link is given below.

How do you simplify the fraction 18/72
Digiron [165]

Answer:

1/4

Step-by-step explanation:

Find the GCD (or HCF) of numerator and denominator GCD of 18 and 72 is 18

Divide both the numerator and denominator by the GCD 18 ÷ 18 / 72 ÷ 18

Reduced fraction: 1 / 4 Therefore, 18/72 simplified to lowest terms is 1/4.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Speed of runner = 8 m/s

Total distance cover = 100 m
