Circumference is the distance around the outside
therefor the circumference is the distance it travels in 1 revelotion

C=πd
d=21

c=21pi
use 22/7 for pio
c=21(22/7)
C=462/7
c=66
that's one revolution
times 30

66*30=1980in or about 165ft
