The benefits of walking away from a situation when a conflict is brewing is the fact that you will not reach the climax of what’s going to happen, it’s best to walk away and calm down rather then be angry and let out your frustration in which you don’t always mean. Once your calmed down come back to the conflict and talk rationally with the person about it. Hope this helped:)

Knowing that you will be absolutely fine :) self awareness and care is very important. Having a conflict if your life can disturb your mental and physical stability.
