According to Patrick Henry, what would peace with England bring about for the English colonists in America?
Andrei [34K]

According to Patrick Henry, peace with England would only bring English colonists in America oppression or subjugation.

  • This is evident when Patrick Henry who was then the governor of Virginia declared at the Second Virginia Convention that peace with England or the British government would only lead to more suppression with no freedom or independence.

  • He was famous for stating that "I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!”

Hence, in this case, it is concluded that Patrick Henry believed that peace with England would only bring English colonists in America oppression or subjugation.

What is your definition of masculinity? How has your present-day definition of this word been informed? Have you actively challe
Sloan [31]

This is a really interesting question and I would love to answer it but especially in society today just think super hard at what you perceive as masculine. To me (you can use this) I picture masculinity as strong and fierce mostly because that's just how I grew up and masculine means muscular and strong. Present-day definition wise of the word, I have no idea tbh. I guess it has though because mostly everything says masculinity is strong while feminent traits are normally shown as weak in media. For the last question, I would just answer it the best you can because the last one is really up to you.
