English

Answer: subjective refers to personal perspective, feelings, or opinions entering the decision making process while objectives is the process that is purely based on hard fact, unbiased evaluation observation, independent from personal views.

A statement based on fact, which can be proved easily and is impossible to deny is called an objective statement while subjectivity is based on personal feeling, likes interest, dislikes etc. The differences between objective and subjective piece of information is embedded in fact and opinion.

Objective is provable, veritable and it is used for decision making while subjective is based on assumption, beliefs, opinions, non-verifiable, varies to a great person and from person to person.

Answer:

"Provisional drivers could each save up to £500 on their car insurance by undertaking advanced driving lessons," the government has confirmed.

"We want people to go on improving their driving skills throughout their driving careers," said David Ashworth, a junior minister at the Department for Transport. "This is about creating the right sort of education and incentivising people to do it."

Explanation:

You haven't provided the complete question, but I found a similar one online. I assume that your task is to correct punctuation, especially quotation marks.

Quotation marks are used in direct speech - when you want to relay someone's words in the exact way they were spoken. Quoted words will be framed by quotation marks. In this case, the reporting clause (the part that doesn't contain quoted words) will be separated from quoted words by a comma. Commas and periods are always included inside the quotation marks, as you can see in the Answer section.

Match each nonfiction excerpt to the rhetorical device it uses.
motikmotik
The first excerpt is satire because satire is the use of humor, irony, or exaggeration.

The second excerpt is repetition. The phrase, "Now is the time..." is being repeated.

The third excerpt is rhetorical questions. Throughout the excerpt, there are questions being asked which the readers aren't supposed to be answered. Instead, the questions are there to make a point.
