Answer : The amount of mass in kilograms lost would be, 1.022\times 10^{-2}Kg

Solution : Given,

Energy of released in the reaction = 9.20\times 10^{11}KJ

Speed of light = c = 3\times 10^8m/s

Formula used :

E=m\times c^2

where,

E = energy released

m = mass

c = speed of light

Now put all the given values in the above formula, we get the amount of mass would have been lost.

9.20\times 10^{11}KJ=m\times (3\times 10^8m/s)^2

m=1.022\times 10^{-5}KJ/m^2s^{-2}=1.022\times 10^{-5}\times 10^3Kg=1.022\times 10^{-2}Kg

conversion : (1KJ/Kg=10^3m^2/s^2)

Therefore, the amount of mass in kilograms lost would be, 1.022\times 10^{-2}Kg

I don’t know how to answer these, can anyone answer any of them?
vlabodo [156]

Answer:

1.) To convert between grams and moles, you would use the substance's molar mass. To go from grams to moles, divide the grams by the molar mass. 600 g58.443 g/mol = 10.27 mol of NaCl. It has been found that 1 mol of any gas at STP (Standard Temperature and Pressure = 0 °C and 1 atm) occupies 22.4 L

Look at the electron-dot diagram. What type of bond would two sulfur atoms require to form a molecule?
Blababa [14]

Answer:

Double Covalent

Explanation:

When two of the same element combine it will always be a covalent bond between them and since sulfur has two lone electrons it will make a double bond between the two to have a full octect

Name the cycloalkanes with molecular formula c6h12 that have a 3-membered ring and two substituents.
Tanzania [10]

Answer:

1-ethyl-2-methyl cyclopropane.

Explanation:

  • The structure of the molecule will be as shown in the attached image.
  • The molecular formula of the compound is C₆H₁₂.
  • It has 3 membered ring with 3 C atoms and two substituents one of them with one C atom (methyl) and the other with 2 C atoms (ethyl).
  • The ring consist of 3 C atoms, so its name is cyclo propane.
  • We numbering the atoms of the ring that give the ethyl substituent the low no. (1) and then methyl group take no. (2).
  • <em>Thus, the name of the compound is 1-ethyl-2-methyl cyclopropane.</em>
