is when a person pictures images in one's brain depicting personal desires that
one would want to happen in reality. It has been proven to relax and refuel the
mind after a hard day's work. Visualization helps in lowering blood pressure and the level of stress
hormones in the blood. Quieting the mind and visualizing the exact details of
any stressful situation makes things manageable.<span>
<span>Aside
from relaxation, some people actually use this technique to achieve their own
personal or professional goals. Athletes commonly apply this in training where
they visualize every detail or possible outcome of their competition. Others
generally use this technique to deepen self-awareness where they can get touch
with their intuitions. </span></span></span>
A nurse is conducting a 6-week social skills training program. a young adult with schizophrenia asks the nurse to call the client on the weekends so the client has someone to talk to who really cares. which action should the nurse take?

1. I would stand up for the sixth grader. It wouldn't matter if my friends would hate me after or not be my friend anymore. That also shows their "Fake Friends". Real friends wouldn't hurt other people. It doesn't matter if that kid is a sixth grader or not, were all the same. And there's a life at risk if nobody does anything. Imagine if that was you. Suffering all because these kids think their "cool", you would like someone to help you right? So, stand up for the Sixth Grader, stop the fighting, and save a life.
2. Yes, I tink my actions would be helpful because, if it means to help a kid out of bullying and fighting and help them survive it wouldn't matter what others think. Bulying/fighting doesn't solve anything it just makes it worse. If you stand up, there are more chances to help stop this from happining.
